Illumina BeadChip

Our solution for copy number research, CGH Fusion, benefits from close integration with Illumina’s BeadStudio package via a plug-in module (download here). The bridge allows CGH Fusion users to easily import data from the following chips:

  • Human 1M
  • Human 610
  • Human CNV 370
  • Human 510
  • The rest of the BeadChip family

Even very large sets of Illumina arrays can be analyzed in CGH Fusion for common Copy Number and/or LOH patterns. The memory and CPU-efficient data analysis pipeline built by infoQuant ensures that even ultra-high resolution data can be processed on an average PC in minutes.

Cytogenetic applications of Illumina data can be supported as well using CGH Fusion. Illumina users can utilize our fully automated analysis workflow to interpret data at SNP level without any loss of resolution. Straight-to-the-point, yet fully interactive data visualization of both LogR and allele frequency data and our intelligently built report table ensure simplicity and reliability of Copy Number and LOH reporting.
